Great...! Up to this moment you have a virtual 3-D model and a simulation to visualize your project, but now you probably also need some sample parts to be produced quickly and accurately to evaluate your design and identify any errors early. Using stereolithography, or rapid prototyping, we can create a precise physical model in resin. Stereolithography is a fast, practical and useful process allowing prototypes to be made in a matter of days.

We have a commitment with you to develop and build operable parts in the shortest amount of time possible, saving you both money and resources.

Stereolithography creates a tangible 3-D object from a CAD drawing by directing ultraviolet laser radiation onto a vat of polymer resin (liquid plastic). After being cured in an ultraviolet oven, each piece is then hand-polished and finished to specifications (this includes anything from a rough-edged model to a glossy, painted real-life replica - depending on your needs)
